A clear starting point for your application.

1. Portal purpose
This portal helps you provide preliminary information so PSOI Services can scope its own services—market-entry strategy, business planning, operations, website and automation setup, and Employment Pass and visa guidance—and prepare you for a proposed Singapore company incorporation carried out by a licensed partner. Submitting a form does not incorporate a company, reserve a name, guarantee approval, create a fiduciary relationship, or oblige PSOI Services or any partner to accept an engagement.
2. What PSOI does and does not provide
PSOI Services is not registered as a corporate service provider under the Corporate Service Providers Act 2024 and does not itself perform company incorporation, nominee or resident director services, registered office services, or company secretarial and statutory filing services. Where you need that work, PSOI refers you—with your consent—to an independent licensed corporate service provider, currently our licensed incorporation partner. Those services are performed by the partner under a separate engagement between you and the partner, subject to the partner's own onboarding, due diligence, acceptance decision, terms, fees and billing.
PSOI Services is not a party to that engagement, does not act as your corporate service provider, does not supervise the partner's regulated work, and is not liable for the partner's acts, omissions, fees or filings. Nothing in this portal creates an agency relationship between you and PSOI in respect of the partner's services, and any statements about the partner's services are subject to the partner's own engagement documents. Our licensed incorporation partner may be replaced or supplemented by another licensed provider, and you remain free to appoint a corporate service provider of your own choosing.
3. Review and acceptance
All applications are subject to completeness checks, identity and risk assessment, service availability, agreed scope, pricing, payment, and any engagement documents PSOI requires. PSOI services are not confirmed until expressly accepted in writing. Partner-delivered services—including nominee or resident director, registered office, company secretary, incorporation and statutory filings—are not confirmed until the partner accepts the engagement in writing after completing its own customer due diligence, sanctions and risk checks.
4. Your responsibilities
You must provide complete, current and accurate information; have authority to provide information about every person or entity named; protect your recovery code; promptly report changes; and cooperate with reasonable verification requests. Do not upload malicious files or use the portal unlawfully.
5. No legal, tax or bank guarantee
General guidance and checklist content is not legal, tax, immigration, investment or accounting advice. Government, referral-authority and bank decisions remain outside PSOI's control. Processing estimates are not guarantees.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the portal secure and available but may suspend it for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We may update questions to reflect regulatory or service changes.
7. Official information
Where portal content conflicts with legislation or official ACRA, IRAS, MOM or other government guidance, the applicable law and official guidance prevail. PSOI may request further information beyond the fields shown here.
